Purpose
Natural latex biomembrane has shown high therapeutic potential for the treatment of diabetic ulcers when associated with phototherapy. In this study, physical and chemical alterations in the latex biomembranes were evaluated after exposure to light-emitting diode (LED) irradiation and after contact with NaCl solution.
